Rhhs developed the Custom Timestamp Photo Editor app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Rhhs and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. For a better experience, while using our Service, you may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to permissions to access specific device features. The information requested will be retained on your device and is not collected by Rhhs in any way.
A. Precise Location Data
The app requires access to your device’s precise location (GPS) services to fetch coordinates, addresses, and local data strictly to generate accurate timestamp and location overlays on your photos. This data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is never tracked, transmitted, or stored on external servers by the developer.
B. Storage and Media Access
The app requires permissions to read and write to your device’s storage. This is necessary to:
- Load photos from your gallery for editing.
- Cache active project states locally so you do not lose progress.
- Save final exported images to a dedicated folder on your device.

Whenever you use this Service, in a case of an error in the app, data and information are collected (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Because the Custom Timestamp Photo Editor app operates entirely offline-first, Rhhs does not store your photos, location logs, or project data on external cloud servers.
- All image caches and project files remain completely on your device.
- You can securely wipe all local data associated with the app at any time by clearing the app data through your Android Device Settings (
Settings > Apps > Custom Timestamp Photo Editor > Storage > Clear Data). - Any advertising identifiers processed by Google AdMob can be reset or deleted directly inside your Google Account settings on your device.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Rhhs does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, this is immediately deleted from any local logs. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the developer so that necessary actions can be performed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Rhhs will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
