- Customer Support: If you choose to contact us via the “Send Feedback” feature, you may voluntarily provide your email address and message contents. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiries and improve the App.
3. Third-Party Services The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect device information, IP addresses, and advertising IDs to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage your ad preferences through your device’s global settings.
- Formspree: Our feedback form is powered by Formspree. If you submit a feedback form, your message and email (if provided) are processed securely through their service.
4. Permissions The App requests “Internet Access” permissions solely to download audio files for the soundscapes, communicate with our feedback provider, and serve Google AdMob advertisements.
5. In-App Purchases If you choose to purchase the “Remove Ads” upgrade, the transaction is processed securely by Google Play. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.
